Terms & Conditions: Villa Terra di Luna

1. Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking
• A €500 (Euro) security deposit will be required on arrival (repayable 7 days after day of departure, returned to the bank account details supplied when you leave the security deposit)

2. Payment of Balance

• The balance is requested at latest 8 weeks prior ro arrival

3. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation:
More than 4 weeks prior of arrival

• A full refund will be given should the property be re-let within the remaining timeframe. A 10% charge of the rental will be levied to cover any re-letting costs in this event

Less than 4 weeks prior of arrival

• Regretfully no refund can be given if the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the commencement of rental

4. Arrivals & Departures

• Saturday – Saturday – Guests may arrive between 4pm – 7pm and depart no later than 10am
• It is requested that arrivals after 4pm inform in advance of their estimated time of arrival

5. Number of Guests

• Unless by prior arrangement the number of guests must under no circumstances exceed the maximum of 8. Children under 2 years of age are not included in the occupancy figures

6. Pets

• Pets are most welcome by prior arrangement

7. Cleaning

• The house will be cleaned on Saturday. Linen is changed weekly
• Guests requiring additional maid service is by private arrangement
